To make a booking, send us your query through the Quick Contact form if you have no specific location in mind. OR if you have already selected a getaway, then just enter check-in & check-out dates, your name, email & phone number and send us your enquiry. Our reservation team will contact you with the availability & rates for the chosen getaway or with other similar alternatives.

No. There is no need to create an account to search for properties on ShortBreakCompany.com

Open or Close Can I make a booking online via ShortBreakCompany.com?
No. We’re currently not accepting any bookings until Jan 2022.

Open or Close Are there any fees to make bookings via ShortBreakCompany.com?
Apart from taxes such as Government Service Tax (including the Swachh , there are no additional charges for booking with ShortBreakCompany.com.

Open or Close What happens when I send an enquiry?
You will get an automated email once we’ve received your enquiry. One of our representatives will then call you within 3-5 business hours with the availability & rates or alternatives if the property requested is already booked.

Open or Close What are the payment options?
We accept payment by Bank Transfer (NEFT) and Cheque. However, we recommend Bank Transfer (NEFT) as then we can confirm your booking at the earliest. You may also UPI us the payment.

Open or Close Do you accept payment by Credit Cards?
No. At the moment, we do not accept payment either through credit or debit cards

Open or Close Can I cancel my booking once it is confirmed?
You can, however, the cancellation will only be confirmed once the property owner accepts the same. Plus, cancellation charges will be applicable.

Open or Close Can I get a refund for my confirmed booking?
Most property owners have a ‘No cancellation or No refund’ policy. However, if you want to cancel your booking, the refund amount you receive will vary as different properties have different cancellation policies.

Open or Close How can I know that my booking is confirmed?
Once we receive your confirmation that you’d like to book a property, we will send you our bank details and payment options along with your invoice. After your payment is credited to our account we will send you the confirmation mail and the voucher.
