The colonial bungalow comprises of 4 rooms, all non-AC, with attached bathrooms and comfortable seating arrangements. The decoration is reminiscent of the colonial era with muted colors and antique furniture. The rooms are spacious enough to fit minimum 16 people. Extra mattresses can be provided on-demand.

-Lunch and dinner will be priced at Rs 500 per meal per person. Authentic Parsi meals will be priced at Rs 600 per meal per person. Meals for kids are at an additional cost of Rs 300 per kid per meal. Meal payments to be collected in cash onsite. Fish and Mutton preparations can be availed at actuals and are subject to availability.
